Prep & Season Beef

Sear the Beef

Braise Until Tender
3 hrBring the liquid to a gentle simmer, cover the pot tightly, and transfer to a preheated oven (300°F/150°C) until fork-tender.

15 minRemove the beef from the pot, let it rest for 10-15 minutes, then shred or slice and serve with the rich braising liquid.
