How to Sanitize Cutting Boards

   Initial Clean

   Scrape off all food debris, then wash the board thoroughly with hot, soapy water.

   Prepare Sanitizer

   Mix 1 teaspoon of liquid bleach with 1 quart of water, or use a 1:1 white vinegar and water solution.
