8 hrFill the jar with cool water to cover seeds by 2-3 times their volume, then let them soak on your counter.

Rinse & Drain (Daily)
2 minTwice daily, drain water, rinse seeds thoroughly with fresh water, then drain completely and position jar inverted at an angle for air circulation.

Grow Until Ready
3-5 daysContinue the daily rinse and drain cycle for 3-5 days until sprouts are 1-2 inches long with small, pale leaves.

Harvest Sprouts
5 minOnce sprouts are ready, give them a final rinse, drain very well, and gently separate them from any remaining seed hulls.
